Return & refund policy

We at Minimalist have formulated each product to deliver best possible results, transparently. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. But in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.

We offer refunds / replacements only in following cases:

  • You are not satisfied with the product
  • You received a wrong shipment
  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an expired product

In any of the above case, please raise a return/ replacement request within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery. To raise a return / refund request in such cases, please drop us an email at care@beminimalist.co

Only orders placed on global.beminimalist.co are eligible for the refund.

THIS POLICY IS EFFECTIVE FOR ALL PURCHASES MADE ON AND AFTER OCTOBER 20, 2022.
