About this product

Apply on cleansed face after your water based serums, and before moisturizer. Use of sunscreen is highly recommended while using this product.

When to use: PM. Start with every alternate day and after 2 weeks of usage, use it everyday.

Coenzyme Q10

Damaged bottle and poor quality products
Last week ordered for retinol 0.3% along with glycolic cleanser and moisturizer. Received within 2 days. However, the bottle cap of retinol is damaged and causing spillage. And the cleanser is a stock of July 2022. Almost 1 year old. Trying to reach the team for a replacement since then. No prompt response or resolution yet.
Being using Minimalist in India since it's inception. Never faced this kind of issues. Also the packaging was of a poor quality. Looks like Minimalist is only interested in global expansion right now and has compromised on actual quality and main objective of the company.
Also the customer service is non-existent here in UAE compared to India.
Would appreciate a resolution asap

I may reduce days used
It’s only been a week so I can’t really speak to any results. My skin feels a bit drier even though I had been using retinol capsules 3x a wk. I think this is a higher percentage and I started using if more frequently. So I might have to cut back on the amount of days I use it
Most Dermatologists say to start low and slow . Maybe I increased too soon ? I will update when I see results…

Love it
I just got my bottle today and I am so excited..This is a very lightweight oil and it absorbs quickly and leaves me with a nice glow. I am a.light skinned Latina and have very dry skin but other retinol products give me too much redness. I found the Dermatologist on YouTube who works specifically with skin of color and she recommended this as safe for us.. Also, I trust the Indian people. I love their products and consumer goods. They are some.of the most brilliant people in the human population. Greetings from Southern California.

Depending on your skin, it can take time adjusting to Retinol. In the first 2-3 weeks of use, your cell turnover increases, causing your pores to purge. These effects are completely natural and will dissipate in 3-4 weeks. If you are new to Retinol based products, start slow by using the product 2-3 times a week and then slowly increase the usage to daily.

Except for pregnant or breastfeeding women and those under 18 years of age, anyone can begin using retinol in their mid-’20s. People with hypersensitive skin should perform a patch test first, and only if it’s tolerable, they should use it on the face. If it’s not acceptable, discontinue usage.
